and in kos' case it's entirely intentional, there can be little doubt.
Armando is, I expect, running into more difficulty because he does care, I think, but his loyalty to kos and dkos creates conflicts, which he is then working to rectify through Roberts. But nothing he does can change the fact that Kos is on an anti-idealist, anti-advocacy-group jihad. The irony... the democratic wing of the party?
I don't think it's really about Armando at all... Armando would like to solve a problem he's not actually involved with directly. It may seem like he is, but I don't think so. He involved himself with his meta-writing, especially losing it at Booman and claiming a conspiracy, but that is signs of desperation, I thought... this is about kos' theming of dkos... or really, his ATTEMPT to theme dkos.
I'm not a Democrat until the party steps in and makes clear there is a coalition and that if a Republican, a REPUBLICAN! can do better by an advocacy group's standards than a Democrat then the Democratic response is not "oh, lay off!!! you're mean!!! you're unrealistic!!! you owe me!!!" and is instead "uh oh we screwed up" or at least "well, that's the price we're paying to win"... of course, for that latter excuse they'd actually have to win, for one, and then, for another, have to be progressive after they do.
